# Certificate problem

I ran this command: www.kbrita.cl
It produced this output:
not secure conection
My web server is (include version): in chrome o safari and diferent computers
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): no
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no
The version of my client is (e.g. output of `certbot --version` or `certbot-auto --version` if you're using Certbot): R3 let´s encrypt

I'm not seeing that here:
But if you're having problems with your hosted website, you need to be asking your host, not here.

I just checked your website with several tools and did not find any issues regarding the operation of your https. Did you forget to clear your browser cache after any changes that you made?

Maybe the HELP questions should include: Also provide a not-so-brief description of _the problem_.
