Certificate issued by Let's Encrypt for domain Ourvenue.io expires

HI I don’t know how to create, renew certificate. Our developers did not renew the FREE certificate for domain Ourvenue.io. Please help, we really need to access this website asap.

May I ask, is there a way to just renew the certificate from Let’s Encrypt used by OURVENUE.IO?

I don’t know how to check or renew the certificate but the problem, our services have stopped for a almost a month.
