Certificate installation failed (Plesk)

Just updated the static IP Address on my server and then went to renew the SSL certificates and got this error. I looked for other users having this issues and the two threads i came across had no real solutions both posted the problem and abandoned the thread. Here is the error returned.

Let's Encrypt SSL certificate installation failed: Failed letsencrypt execution: Saving debug log to /opt/psa/var/modules/letsencrypt/logs/letsencrypt.log

Failed authorization procedure. srcn.ca (http-01): urn:acme:error:connection :: The server could not connect to the client to verify the domain :: Could not connect to srcn.ca
- The following errors were reported by the server:

Domain: srcn.ca

Detail: Could not connect to srcn.ca

To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was
entered correctly and the DNS A record(s) for that domain
contain(s) the right IP address. Additionally, please check that
your computer has a publicly routable IP address and that no
firewalls are preventing the server from communicating with the
client. If you're using the webroot plugin, you should also verify
that you are serving files from the webroot path you provided.

anyone have a solutions

First, I'd check that your IP address has been updated correctly and propagated to all your auth DNS servers (this doesn't take long usually, but worth checking if you "just" changed it)

I'd also check your DNS records ( http://dnsviz.net/d/srcn.ca/dnssec/ ) and correct the errors / warnings. Yours look to be warnings rather than errors, however I have seen others fail when those warnings are there.

If neither of those help, can you provide the log from /opt/psa/var/modules/letsencrypt/logs/letsencrypt.log please
