# Certificate for one IP address without domain name

I have a IP address, for example, 67.43.170.9. This IP address is a domain but it doesn't have domain name. Is it possible to get a certificate for this IP address? Thanks in advance.

I have no idea what this means.

i think no, but without a domain you can use a dynamic dns service.  
there are many providers

There are also domain registrars that offer free domains such as [Freenom](https://www.freenom.com/). Though Freenom specifically has had the occasional issue with their TLD DNS servers that temporarily prevent issuance.
