Certificate expired, wizard stops responding

My certificate expired today (Aug 1) from the free version so I upgraded to the pro version. Going through the wizard it just stops on the Directories section. My website is whythissongisgood.com and it is hosted through Media Temple/Go Daddy. It looks to be logging into the cPanel just fine but still stops here. Also, I get an error on the generation that says, "Attempt 1. No order for ID 194484689347".

My domain is: whythissongisgood.com

I ran this command: Wizard stops

It produced this output: Attempt 1. No order for ID 194484689347

My web server is (include version): Hosted by Media Temple/Go Daddy

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Media Temple/Go Daddy

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): cPanel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

You must contact GoDaddy support.

All LetsEncrypt Certificates are free. There is no "pro version" from LetsEncrypt. You are having a problem with the commercial product you paid for.

Hi @whythissongisgood and Welcome to the community.

Let's Encrypt is a Certificate Authority that provides FREE certificates. So your comment is a bit confusing.

Where and how did you upgrade to a "Pro Version" of a cert?
More information would be helpful.
