Certificate expiration notice for domain "X.Y.Z" but dates don't match

Hi

I received an e-mail "Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain" saying my certificate will expire on 29 Mar 21 18:53 +0000.

When I check the expiration date of the certificate in my browser it is written "expire on 3 June 2021".

I don't know how to "reconcile" the expiration dates, and what will happen on March 29th

My domain is: hits.isb-sib.ch

I ran this command: View certificate in my browser

It produced this output: Expire on 3 June 2021

My web server is (include version): Apache/2.2.15

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux CentOS release 6.10 (Final)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: our institute

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot 1.10.1

Hi @smoretti

please read the link about "Expiration Emails" shared in the mail.

There is your complete answer.

I did not read the sentence about expiration emails till the end.
Sorry, my mistake.

Thanks for your answer.
