Certificate Errors

Morning all,

I am trying to get a certificate established for a new website I am building. I have setup my domain and DNS records, which seem to work. When I run sudo certbot --apache I am getting the following errors:

What does this mean?

You failed to mention that your site uses CloudFlare CDN.

What says?:
