Certificate didn't auto-renew, not sure how to fix

My domain is: crystal-dreams.us

I had set this up a long time ago and things worked fine until recently. My guess is due to the server being changed (so the IP changed), something happened and it didn't renew automatically.

I can't seem to figure out how to fix the SSL certificates and I've just been at a complete loss. Any help is appreciated.

What is "this"? What/how did you set up what exactly?

Certificates don't just materialise out of thin air. Some piece of software is getting them.

I'm pretty sure you're not expecting the volunteers of this Community to be clairvoyant, right?

So please elaborate by actually filling out the questionnaire and NOT deleting all-but-one question.

When you opened this thread in the Help section, you should have been provided with a questionnaire. Maybe you didn't get it somehow (which is weird), or you've decided to delete it (and make our life a lot harder). In any case, all the answers to this questionnaire are required:

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Also, I'm seeing that you got a certificate issued not too long ago? Before you opened this thread actually? crt.sh | 22472535873 And it's actually being served by your webserver too? So what's your issue exactly?

The cert for your domain looks fine to me. And to this testing site: SSL Server Test: crystal-dreams.us (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)

Did you fix it right after posting here?

That looks like a site hosted at unifiedlayer. If so, they may be the better ones to ask questions about any problem you have. Hosting services often get these for you automatically. Perhaps there was a problem switching from Sectigo certs to Let's Encrypt?

Might be issued 8 minutes after posting this thread.. I didn't account for the timestamp to be in UTC.
