Certbot Manual Option to Inclue TLS-SNI SAN B

Hi All

Would be nice if the manual option included the TLS-SNI challenge as well

The HTTP and DNS challenges specify the file and content or the TXT record and contents.

In a similar style it would be good if we can have the TLS-SNI binding and SSL Cert SANs in the output.

This would allow people to create correct bindings and self issued certs rather than relying on clients to do it
