Certbot fails on authorization

Hello!

I am trying to use certbot on a website I just created (www.bohelay.com).
It comes back with
Failed authorization procedure. bohelay.com (tls-sni-01): urn:acme:error:connection :: The server could not connect to the client to verify the domain :: Error getting validation data
Domain: bohelay.com
Type: connection
Detail: Error getting validation data

I tried www.bohelay.com and bohelay.com - no joy :frowning:

Can you put me on the right path?

Cheers,
Arnaud.

You have HTTPS listening on the HTTP port:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You’re speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.

Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at 127.0.1.1 Port 443

This indicates that you have SSLEngine on and other SSL settings enabled on a virtual host listening on port 80, when these settings should be enabled on a virtual host listening on port 443.

If you’re not sure how to resolve this situation, please share your Apache configuration with us so we can help further.
