# Certbot Change Certificate Save Directory Problem

certbot certonly --webroot-path /home/jcc/wuknet/ssl/cert -d \*.wuknet.com -d [wuknet.com](http://wuknet.com) --manual --preferred-challenges dns --server [https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory](https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory)

I want to save the certificate to / home / JCC / wuknet / SSL / cert

The default is / etc / letsencrypt / live

Unable to implement, how to change the default saved directory.

if I see it correct, you can't change the path.

Certbot has it's own directory structure you shouldn't change.

But you can create symlinks (one action per certificate) in your directory to /etc/letsencrypt/live.
