Cert renewal issues

My domain is:
Nextcloud.jestais.com
I ran this command:
letsencrypt renew
letsencrypt certonly --webroot -w /var/www/html/ -d nextcloud.jestais.com --agree-tos

It produced this output:
it was successful but still kept the same date

My web server is (include version):
nginx/1.10.3 (Ubuntu)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
Ubuntu 16.04

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
yes

That can make a new certificate, but it won't reload Nginx to use it.

Has Nginx been reloaded recently? Run "sudo systemctl reload nginx".
