The cert on my appliance didn't auto renew. When I press the Force Renew button, I get a message that states Certificate renewal request initiated. It has been over 30 minutes. How long does this process typically take?
Certs can be issued almost instantly depending on your specific request (the type of ACME challenge, whether prior authorizations have been cached, performance of your server, ...).
The problem with the long delay is probably better to ask of your Bomgar appliance support people.
You haven't answered any of the questions on the form for us to do any debugging anyway. This still generally feels like something better handled by them than by us.
Number one reason it didn't renew is that you are using HTTP domain validation and HTTP is blocked.

As a workaround you could get a cert using a different application (and using DNS validation) then upload the cert to the appliance:
Thank you for responses. Come to find out, the issue was with our firewall. Our network guy replaced our firewall a few weeks back. When he copied all the rules, he took out the inbound Port 80 to the appliance as he thought it was for simple web browser use. Per this document, that is needed. SSL certificate setup | RS Cloud
