My old cert expired on IIS 10. My new cert is not working. What do I do?

My web server is IIS 10.0

I found a new cert on port 443, it looks ok.
Which certificate tool are you currently using? The most common on windows are Certify The Web and win-acme but there are others you might be using.
As @jens_hb says your current certificate appears to be OK, unless you can see something different somewhere.
