Cer Auth = Fake LE Inte.. and hit 5 weekly cert limit

I am using acme.sh to issue my certs. Apparently, I have used up all 5 Duplicate Certificates but I am getting ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. From Cert Viewer the Cert is Issued by “Fake LE Intermediate X1”

Not sure why my certs appear to come from the staging environment. The output of the debug is not from the reflective of the staging environment. I dont know if this is a browser thing or what…

You are using cloudflare and cloudflare certs.

You should decide what you want to do and what certificates you want to use.
