Cc Domain no certificate?

are there any problems with .cc domains?

I use the domain minigolf.cc and can not create a certificate with www.minigolf.cc
Certificate without “www” works.

I’m sure that the .cc part is not the problem. Top-level domains are not treated specially by Let’s Encrypt in this way.
