Can't install cerbot

My domain is: interlanecenter.vn

I ran this command: certbot certonly --agree-tos --email admin@interlanecenter.vn --webroot -w /var/lib/letsencrypt/ -d interlanecenter.vn -d www.interlanecenter.vn

It produced this output:

But you have installed it; And are running it incorrectly [too many times].

This webroot doesn't seem correct:

Why are you using it?
