Cannot find domain in the list of domains to activate

My domain is: www.vaigomedia.nl

I ran this command: ./certbot-auto

It produced this output:

My operating system is (include version): CentOS 6.6

My web server is (include version): Apache 2.4.12

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: TransIP

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): DirectAdmin 1.5

I cannot see my domain in the list of domains to activate. How do I get my domain to come up in that list? I dont have that much experience with this, so any help will be much appreciated.
