Can not create certificate for my X10 website

I ran this command: I used their built in creator

It produced this output: Weekly rate limit of 200 for elementfx.com has been exceeded

My web server is (include version): not sure?...

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): not sure?...

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: X10 hosting.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): no

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes, not sure version

Most important thing: I've already tried this like twenty times, as recommended by x10hosting.com support, and still it doesn't work! what should I do?

There's not much you can do other than retry and recommend to X10 hosting that they add elementfx.com to the Public Suffix List (https://publicsuffix.org/).
