Can i customize certbot Issuer name?

Hi @oshergk,

The issuer name is set by the certificate authority, according to its own policies, and can't be customized by the user.

In case this relates to the X3 → R3 switchover recently, you also can't get certificates from the old Let's Encrypt X3 intermediate issuer, which has been decommissioned.
