Bitdefender rejects certificate

I am having a hard time getting in contact with Bitdefender regarding a false positive
I have filed the false positive at Bitdefender - https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/

but never heard from Bitdefender support

My domain is:
api.dataforsyningen.dk
services.kortforsyningen.dk
kortforsyningen.kms.dk
dawa.aws.dk

any help in getting in contact with a actual person at Bitdefender would be highly appreciated

I wish you good luck but this forum is for helping people with Let's Encrypt certificates. I don't see anything wrong with the cert for your example request. I am able to see its results from two different test systems but they don't use BitDefender.

It sounds like you've done all you can to report a problem to them.
