There are a number of ACME Clients for each of those platforms. I don't know that there are many that work for both. Certbot used to support Windows as well as Linux but dropped Windows about 2 years ago.

Automating of cert renewal is a common feature for all ACME Clients.

A good intro is here: Getting Started - Let's Encrypt

Suggestions of ACME Clients here: ACME Client Implementations - Let's Encrypt

You have not provided much info about your requirements so there isn't much to be said.

I trust lego would. Yep, binaries there for just about every OS, including Windows and Linux:

Hey Pavan,

Certbot works great on Linux. Certify the Web works great on Windows.

One thing worth thinking through while you're setting this up: running an ACME client on every server doesn't always work if you don't want to open up the firewall or have troublesome DNS. Every server managing its own renewal means N renewal schedules to monitor, N failure alerts to chase, and no central view of what's expiring where. More on why that matters: Your servers shouldn't need to know ACME

A third option would be to have a centralized certificate renewal system, like CertKit, that handles all the ACME validation and can push certificates into all of your servers and appliances.

Good luck!
Todd.
