Auto renew for domain use orther main IP of Server

Dear,
I have server with 10 IP with main 1 IP in eth0 and 9 IP in eth0:xx
My domain domain.com running in IP eth0:xx
Now, i see error auto renew not working for my domain domain.com. I’m predict possible my domain not listen in main IP eth0 so auto renew not working
Can you help me

if something doesn’t work, it’s required to have the domain name to check some things.
