Do you have a screenshot of exactly what the pfSense is doing with the inbound HTTP requests?
Other than accepting them.
Check for NAT settings.

Also, since I did not reply to you I have a Spectrum modem, Spectrum router, an old (not too old) Lenovo desktop I have as a pfsense firewall, connected to a Ubiquiti 8 port switch, then that connected to a 24 port poe switch. That 24-port poe switch is what my server is plugged into.

I have my network kinda segmented from the rest of the network. Basically, since I have other family members, who are not so technology literate, I try to keep my home lab separate from them.

Do the Spectrum devices send the HTTP requests to the pfSense?
If so, what does the pfSense do with those HTTP requests?

Note: Pictures can paint thousands of words [or so I'm told]

You could try plugging your server directly into the modem. Then try accessing it from the public internet like a mobile phone with wifi off.

Once that works add one device at a time and retest until it fails.
