Apache error: "[warn] RSA server certificate is a CA certificate (BasicConstraints: CA == TRUE !?)"

Hi, i have been seeing this in my apache log. i am using getssl to build my certs but i must be doing something wrong.

from what i can determine, searches tell me I have created a cert that is intended to be used to sign other certs, but I’m using that cert as my SSL cert.

I am a bit confused. is this a problem for me or not and if so, how shall i fix it ?

I figured it out - i had an ISPConfig include in apache (httpd.conf) and when i removed them i had no more problems.

sorry to bother.
