Any restrictions in combining existing certs?

I have some certs without altnames, which are valid.
Are there any restrictions by adding the group of certs to one of them as altnames without revocation?

In general, you do not revoke any certificate unless its key is compromised.

You can freely combine the domain names in one certificate within the specified limit: max 100 alternate names in one certificate.
