Android / iPhone - Certificate Let's Encrypt Not Trusted

Hi everyone,

I have a jabber client that is being used in the smartphones and everytime we are starting the application and communicating with the jabber server we are prompted to accept the certificate. When we use the Windows 10 we don’t face this issue, so it seems clearly that the devices are not accepting the certificate.

Is there a known way to fix this issue?

Not without knowing what certificate causes the issue.

you can tell us what (sub)domain is the server responding on, for example.
