I’m receiving a lot of notification on my personal email like this:
"A critical error was encountered during the Let’s Encrypt SSL renewal process.
Account: ivmfrwor
Action: Failed to fetch installed ssl hosts
Error: Unable to retrieve the installed hosts:
You can configure/re-install/remove this certificate by logging into cPanel, and visiting the Lets Encrypt SSL page."
Anyway on my website the ssl certificate is working.
Looking at the status of my ssl for this domain i see this message too:
“DNS DCV: The DNS query to “_cpanel-dcv-test-record.acetaiavillaemma.com” for the DCV challenge returned no “TXT” record that matches the value “_cpanel-dcv-test-record=Mm9V_3jLvh_ZNeKNoHifN0jcuAV0W43UYjWkaEceNIHzByeDb1GvYLwqY_CsIR8u”.; HTTP DCV: The content “ <meta http-equiv=” …” of the DCV (Domain Control Validation) file, as accessed at “http://acetaiavillaemma.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi” and redirected from “http://acetaiavillaemma.com/.well-known/pki-validation/C530A4926579A533052686DE13E0A4A4.txt”, did not match the expected value. The domain “acetaiavillaemma.com” resolved to an IP address “89.40.173.251” that does not exist on this server."
how can i change the ip address of the ssl certificate with 89.40.173.49? Can you help me?
Thanks. Above all the information requested
