An error occurred the last time AutoSSL ran

I’m receiving a lot of notification on my personal email like this:

"A critical error was encountered during the Let’s Encrypt SSL renewal process.

Account: ivmfrwor
Action: Failed to fetch installed ssl hosts
Error: Unable to retrieve the installed hosts:

You can configure/re-install/remove this certificate by logging into cPanel, and visiting the Lets Encrypt SSL page."

Anyway on my website the ssl certificate is working.
Looking at the status of my ssl for this domain i see this message too:

“DNS DCV: The DNS query to “_cpanel-dcv-test-record.acetaiavillaemma.com” for the DCV challenge returned no “TXT” record that matches the value “_cpanel-dcv-test-record=Mm9V_3jLvh_ZNeKNoHifN0jcuAV0W43UYjWkaEceNIHzByeDb1GvYLwqY_CsIR8u”.; HTTP DCV: The content “ <meta http-equiv=” …” of the DCV (Domain Control Validation) file, as accessed at “http://acetaiavillaemma.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi” and redirected from “http://acetaiavillaemma.com/.well-known/pki-validation/C530A4926579A533052686DE13E0A4A4.txt”, did not match the expected value. The domain “acetaiavillaemma.com” resolved to an IP address “89.40.173.251” that does not exist on this server."

how can i change the ip address of the ssl certificate with 89.40.173.49? Can you help me?
Thanks. Above all the information requested

My domain is: acetaiavillaemma.com

I ran this command: i leave ssl to ran the autossl as always

It produced this output: An error occurred the last time AutoSSL ran, on 29 aprile 2020:

My web server is (include version): i don’t know

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): i don’t know

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: netsons.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): i don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): i’m using a CPANEL but i don’t know its version

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): i’m not using certbot

Your website works and your certificate doesn’t need renewing.

I think it’s some internal netsons issue that they should take care on their own. Tell them.

Edit: there is a problem with your authoritative nameservers, but if you are using a shared hosting platform that includes your domain name, there’s not much you can do other than complaining to your vendor: https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=acetaiavillaemma.com

I am looking around, and it looks like you are hosting your dns on tucows instead of netsons. Does this make sense? Cpanel is probably expecting your dns to be managed by itself, not externally.
