Added new certificate not being seen

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:cceam.org

I ran this command: used SSL For Free to generate new certificate, installed on Plesk showing all 4 parts installed, shows there. assigned it to the domain in hosting settings, set root to new-site.cceam.org

It produced this output:?

My web server is (include version):unknown not shown i Plesk

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):unknown not shown in Plesk

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:amazon

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):no

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):Plesk web admin edition

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):?
Despite this being a new certificate it is showing as out of date.

Hi,

On systems like Plesk or cPanel, certificate installation take time, you can generally expect that certificate to be applied within 30 minutes (cPanel said that)

Servers like Plesk or cPanel sometimes take a bit while to update your certificate if you are not the server owner. (Server owner/admins can choose to manually restart the server). Also, your browser might have old certificate cached, so if you believe your certificate is applied correctly and in effect, you can try use the incognito mode or another device and see if that website open normally. If you don’t have admin rights to that server, you might want to contact the hosting provider (in your case, the managed service provider, not Amazon) for assistance.

Thank you
