LE wants to use ACMEv2. Now for DV SSL it’s possible to verify domain using files. So with ACMEv2 will is be possible to verify domain using file or only DNS verification is possible (for ssl for single domain, not for wildcard)?
Yes ACMEv2 can verify a domain using a http challenge ( a file in the same way as currently done) for a single domain
It’s only the wildcard cert that requires the DNS challenge to be used.
