My domain

I ran this command: letsencrypt.exe from C:\letsencrypt

It produced this output:A Simple ACME Client for Windows (WACS)

My web server is (include version): IIS version 10

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows Server 2016 DC

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Amazon

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): 1912.2.6907.35819 (RELEASE)

I have not found an ACMEv2 version. Can I just change the client? I have not installed this and it was done by the previous admin. I have a folder in it with 4 scripts (ImportExchange, ImportRDGateway, ImportRDListener and ImportSSTP).

Sounds like you are using win-acme 1.9.x:

If you upgrade to a newer release, it supports ACME v2.

It is probably worth reading through the migration notes at , as there appear to be some breaking changes.
