Hi @BradatLE - couple things. First, we had several certs that received the "Service busy; retry later error" yesterday - and they were within their ARI window so we sent the replacement id as part of the order. When we retried today (still in the ARI window) we sent the cert to be replaced, but unexpectedly LE told us that "NewOrder failed because certificate was already replaced."
This feels like a bug, but is there some case where NewOrder succeeds and challenge validation calls fail with the "server busy" error and that could cause it? In any case, it was certainly unexpected.
Second, we keep getting these off and on over the last few days. Is there any ETA on when the redundancy will be restored?
