# Account with letsencrypt

I have install the letsencrypt wordpress plugin, when i click create accotn, said Let’s Encrypt: Registration key is already in use, and i dont have one yet ni this site…any one can help.?? thanks.

This is a known issue with WP-Encrypt, discussed here:

WP-Encrypt is [no longer maintained.](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-encrypt/#description) Please consider an [alternative solution](https://letsencrypt.org/docs/client-options/) for encrypting your site.
