About not valid sertificate

Hello, I am writing to you as an extreme case. We previously used your
certificates we used certbot, but because of a failure on our server we lost
the certificate, now we tried to issue a new certificate, but it is
compromised and flashes red in the browser.

what to do to make the certificate correct or how to restore previous sertificate?
