i think you'd better make Wechat Pay or Ali Pay available when donating. and RMB should be also available.
I have no idea what LE's plans are in this regard, but I expect your suggestions would be taken more seriously if you were to explain why you think they're a good idea.

Probably because they're very easy options for Chinese people to donate. And there are a lot of chinese people.
