I am using CyberPanel to issue SSL certificate, but it won't assign Let's Encrypt as it keeps me on self-signed. I ran the following command:
/root/.acme.sh/acme.sh --issue -d domain.com --cert-file /etc/letsencrypt/live/domain.com/cert.pem --key-file /etc/letsencrypt/live/domain.com/privkey.pem --fullchain-file /etc/letsencrypt/live/domain.com/fullchain.pem -w /usr/local/lsws/Example/html --force --debug
And that gave me an output that showed me an 404 error. You can view the full log at 404error.txt · GitHub
So it appears acme-challenge is missing. My latest acme version is v3.0.5.
Can someone please assist me with getting rid of the 404 error and having Let's Encrypt being assigned for my domain?

The 404 error often means the folder you gave for the -w value is not the same as the nginx root folder for this domain. If this is not enough please show the server block for this domain that is listening on port 80.

From your nginx config this is the root folder
mxmaster2s:
root /var/www/html;
So, you would use -w /var/www/html in your acme.sh command
I know nothing about CyberPanel so you will have to configure that and/or nginx to use that cert yourself.
