2 domains 1 website. 1 working certification

TheCarusoMethod.com has a working cert. MichaelCarusoPT.com does not have a cert but points to the same site. 23.22.134.35.
Can one cert cover both (TheCarusoMethod.com & MichaelCarusoPT.com) or do I need a second cert with a new key pair.
I apologize for a lack of basic understand of how this works. I did not set up the initial cert on TheCarusoMethod.com.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

I have only one website
My domain is: theCarusoMethod.com has a working Cert. MichaelCarusoPT.com accesses the same site but does not have a certificate. Not sure how to proceed.

It produced this output: ?

My web server is (include version): nginx centos.

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): PHP 7.4.26

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): YES

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): WordPress 5.8.2

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Yes.
One cert can cover up to 100 names.
[but you can also use 100 certs to cover 100 names (one for each)]
