1 certificate for multiple 4-level domains?

Greetings.

Short question: If i have a multiple 4-lvl domains
1.a.example.com
2.b.example.com
3.c.example.com
4.d.example.com
(3 and 4 level are different)
will i be able to have 1 certificate for all of this 4 domains at once?
